QUESTIONS

What buyers keep asking.

EU-only by default. Standard hosting is in Germany by AWS. Sovereign tier supports dedicated deployments with European data center providers. No data leaves the EU without an explicit written change request. US-based processors are not used for any data path in the Sovereign tier.

Where is the data hosted?
How does rAI work - is it safe for B2B use?

rAI has multiple capabilities which are configurable according to the AI maturity and intent of the customer. Human gate is available for all decisions to control the result. rAI is positioned under EU AI Act Art. 6(3) as a non-high-risk system because it improves human activity rather than replacing human judgement.

How does the workspace fee model work?

You pay one fixed monthly fee that covers the full platform and a pool of usage credits shared across your teams. If your team uses more credits than included, the excess is calculated at month-end and added to your next invoice. There are no feature tiers - every module and every AI capability is available from day one.

How are usage credits calculated?

Usage credits are calculated based on a number of parameters that determine the actual usage of the system - you only pay for what you use. Additional usage credits are invoiced to you according to payment term. It is possible to bulk purchase usage credits according to usage patterns at a discounted rate.

What about Reach, Connect, and Scale?

Reach is in active design with a Q4 2026 target. Connect (CRM Core) is on the roadmap for Q1 2027. Scale (commercial analytics) follows in Q2 2027. Customers on Care today will be offered upgrade paths as each module ships, with a specially protected price for the first twelve months.

Can we integrate with SAP, Dynamics, or DATEV?

The platform exposes a REST API with OAuth 2.0 bearer tokens covering the same surface as the UI. API Integration is available by default. Pre-built connectors for SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, and DATEV are on the integration roadmap.

Is my data safe?
What happens to our data at contract end?

Yes. Every piece of customer data you put into Relatis is stored on EU-resident infrastructure. It is encrypted at rest using AES-GCM and in transit over TLS 1.2 or higher. If you are on the Sovereign plan, your data sits in a dedicated single-tenant environment. Data safety in Relatis is an architectural commitment.

You own your data. At contract end, we provide a complete export of every case, message, customer record, and audit entry in machine-readable form. We retain a copy for six months then destroy it under documented deletion procedures. No lock-in, no hostage clauses.
